it had been a long day, and i wanted to make something delicious, quick, but semi-healthy. i turned to Ellie Krieger on the food network and found this jambalaya recipe.

i keep frozen, uncooked shrimp in the freezer all the time–it’s great because you can just thaw as needed

just throw everything in the pot–this recipe uses ham instead of sausage (helps with the healthy part)
