snapshots of asheville

the hubs whisked me away this past weekend for my birthday to asheville, north carolina. it’s such a cute mountain town, that also happens to have the largest house in the united states. it was a much needed get-a-way before the crazy week of market begins. here are some of my favorite pictures from the weekend…

a little wine bar down the street from our hotel

the most amazing pancake i've ever had...tupelo honey's "sweet potato pancake"

there was a basilica in town built in 1900-the inside was incredible

such an amazing story behind this gorgeous structure

the view the vanderbilt family had from their home

wine tasting at the biltmore's vineyard

love the colors in this--asheville felt like a big "little 5 points"

the flight of beer at l.a.b

we stopped in greenville, sc on the way home--one of my favorite southern towns
